Enjoy watching the flat screen TV while resting on the bed or surf the internet on your computer with free wifi internet access. The attached bathroom suite has twin sinks and a very large walk-in closet.The room has a ceiling fan with light and remote control.
Guest Bedroom
Light and airy guest bedroom with queen size bed, nightstands and dresser. The room has a walk-in closet and ceiling fan. The separate bathroom is located next door to the room and has been upgraded with a large stand up shower.
Kitchen - Laundry
Enjoy the large upgraded kitchen with new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The laundry is located outside the kitchen in the hallway with ample storage for all the linens that are provided for your comfort.
Dining Area
Large glass dining table with 6 chairs allows for easy entertaining or overnight guests.
Lanai - Deck
Enjoy the quiet lanai overlooking the garden area without the road noise that plagues the gulf front units. The lanai is equipped with a ceiling fan with light and is screened in to ensure comfortable insect free relaxation. The sun deck (in front one level below) is a great place for private lounging in the sun if you do not want to go to the pool or the beach.
Club House - Tennis
Bayport offers excellent recreation facilities with an olympic size pool, tennis courts, club house with library and exersize room which is centrally located between the beach and the bay.
Exterior - Parking
744 is an upstairs unit with a carport that has a storage room. Ample guest parking is available in front of the unit as well as a car wash area, garbage dumpster and mail area.There is direct access to the beach (across the road) through the path directly in front of the unit.
Beach - Bay
Enjoy the white sands of the private beach area which includes beach chairs exclusive for Bayport guests. Walk to the dock on the bay, enjoy the mangroves, fish off the large deck or just enjoy the magnificient view. All of this in quiet serenity that makes for very relaxing living.
